The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Bruce Maier can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence From: Dave & Cindy Kleven
Condolence: Dear Ellen & family,
Our deepest sympathy to you all during this time. So sorry to hear about Bruce's passing but knowing he is at peace and no longer suffering hopefully that gives you some comfort. All the wonderful memories you all have shared through years will keep his spirit alive. From meeting Bruce on "the hill" in Minot back in 1974 to getting reacquainted when we lived in MN in 2003 we have some great memories too. He was a man of his word and a dear friend. Sorry we cannot be there with you during this time, but we will be with you in thoughts and prayers. All our love always, Dave & Cindy (T.F.) Kleven

Condolence From: Wayne and Cindy Wilson Family
Condolence: May you find comfort and peace in knowing Bruce doesn't have to fight this battle anymore. We are thinking of you at this difficult time and send our heartfelt sympathy. We know Bruce from the resort and Wayne has even been to Canada with him.
We seen Bruce and Nathan when the docks were coming out, he was hopeful to see Spring but God had a different plan. He is in a much better place than all of us. What a great guy, who will be greatly missed. Hugs to all
Wayne, Cindy, Emma and Owen Wilson

Condolence From: Sharon Harvey
Condolence: My sincere condolences to family and friends in the loss of Bruce. May you find comfort in your loving memories, and in God's promise to soon "swallow up death forever" and "wipe away the tears from all faces." (Isaiah 25;8) Rev 21:4  “And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.” With deepest sympathy and heartfelt prayers.

Condolence: Ellen and family--I am so sorry for your loss. I am happy I was able to put his mind at ease during his surgery at St. Cloud Hospital a few years ago. I will remember him for the good times we had at the vocational school in the 70s and all the times I ran into him when we went to Hidden Paradise for all those years.
